Haley Bannister is an artist, published illustrator, and (out of practice) musician who loves to use art to channel emotions and empowerment. She graduated with a Master of the Arts (Honors) in English from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Here, she was also an active participant in the art society and enjoyed taking part in group life drawing and various creative workshops.
Her work is guided in a belief in the power of art to build belonging and awareness. Haley hopes to celebrate making messy art and letting loose in the creative process. She is inspired to keep creating by her cat who always chews on her pencils and paintbrushes until she gets a scratch between the ears.
