In May 2017 CBAW and Politics and Prose hosted a writing workshop with National Book Award winner and veteran Phil Klay at Politics and Prose bookstore in NW Washington DC. The writing workshop brought together a mixed group of civilians and veterans interested in the craft of writing. It was the first of a series of these workshops, planned to begin in the Fall of 2017. If you would like to take part in the series as a participant, please send us an email for details.
