This July, join Seema for this special week long in-person workshop at FAWC in Provincetown, MA.
Seema Reza hosts Dream/Body: Experiment & Discovery with Form & Voice, from July 9th through the 15th. This workshop is part of the Fine Arts Work Center (FAWC) 2023 Summer Workshop Series.
This generative hybrid poetry/memoir workshop will introduce writers of all levels to new facets of their own most essential stories. Using experimental forms to tap into unfamiliar parts of the creative mind, we’ll spend time each class examining and discussing example texts, writing in response to prompts, and analyzing our own discoveries. The workshop will include resources for self-care while writing difficult material, as well as tips for getting unstuck that will serve writers well after the workshop ends.

FAWC 2023 Summer Workshops
Whether you’re a beginner or have been creating work for years, the Fine Arts Work Center Summer Workshop Program has the perfect workshop for you.
Their program offers over 60 week-long workshops in visual arts and creative writing over the course of 9 weeks every summer. FAWC brings nationally recognized artists and writers to Provincetown to teach their workshops and to participate in readings and artist talks that are open to the public and enjoyed by hundreds in the community.

Rob Haney is an artist, writer, and graphic designer with a passion for making slick-looking and fun images that catch the eye and draw viewers in. Rob worked for over 10 years in retail banking and management in their previous life, before returning to school and earning an Associates of Arts with Honors from Rock Valley College in 2012. An early addict to Twitter, Rob enjoys liking and resharing cool stuff and interacting with people who hold similar interests on the internet. They currently are working on their degree in Graphic Design while creating social media content for clients. When not online, Rob writes and reads poetry, creates both physical and digital artwork, and watches British mystery shows.
