CBAW in Community with Caregivers at Navy Safe Harbor Event.
We were honored to partner with the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation for their 2024 annual Caregiver Event. It was inspiring to engage with these resilient caregivers and lead them through a reflective self-care activity. This yearly event shines a spotlight on the extraordinary caregivers during National Family Caregivers Month.
CBAW also offers our Blue Star Families partnered Military Voices writing workshop for Veterans, Military Spouses, and Caregivers twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Thursday. This MissionBelonging workshop, led by Army Veteran and author Kevin Basl, uses writing as a tool for communication, self-discovery, and reflection. No writing experience is required.
