How to Submit: A workshop on submitting your work to presses and journals

Want to start submitting your work for publication but aren’t sure where to start? Need a step-by-step guide on submitting including cover letters, bios, and how to keep track of it all? Don’t know where to find journals and presses with open submission calls? This workshop will walk you through the process of submitting from start to finish. Ticket sales from this fundraising workshop will benefit Community Building Art Works programs for veterans, service members, military families, and health care workers. A limited number of FREE tickets for Veterans, Service Members, and Healthcare workers are available on a first come, first served basis. This workshop will be recorded, and a link will be e-mailed to all ticket holders once the recording is available.*

*Recording will only contain workshop lessons. All other participant video will be edited for user privacy. Only registered participants will have access to the recorded workshop.

Previous Praise for Courtney LeBlanc’s How to Submit

“Courtney is such a great facilitator! Loved seeing how she organizes all of her submissions and all the tips about dos and don’ts are so helpful! Thanks Courtney and CBAW!”

“Tools provided were on-target… very useful to see how the facilitator keeps track of her own submissions.”
